The Needlers of Bede

The Needlers of Bede meets every 2 or 3 weeks on Sunday at 3:00 PM.

A new outreach ministry has been formed, Needlers of Bede. Those longing to do creative work to touch the lives of others, join us! Experience is not necessary! Needlers of Bede will help instruct others in the art of crocheting, knitting, sewing, and other forms of needle work. We will meet two Sundays each month for needle time, fellowship, and in our usual Episcopal tradition, potluck refreshment (for this group, finger food). Our ministry will benefit Stitches from the Heart and Hillsides. Stitches from the Heart benefits new-borns and their families in a variety of hospitals. Hillsides benefits children and families in crisis. The average age for children at Hillsides is nine years old. We thank The St. John's Guild for their generous donation of $200.00 for seed money to start our work! Needlers of Bede will be lead by Mthr. Vicki and Gina Turella. Questions? Call Mthr.
